When you are trying to get to your goals or intentions in life, we can often feel several resistance points. Often times, these resistances are based in our human psychology - meaning the solutions are not always logical. If the solution was a logical one, it would be easy to accomplish our goals.
In this video I explain the difference between logical and psychological challenges. When the challenge is logical, we need to to simply find the steps towards our goals and intention. However, the journey is often much more challenging than finding a logical solution.
Personal development requires us to understand the connection between our mind, body and soul. When the mind can get past the stories and trauma, the body can begin to relax and open up. From here, we simply find alignment with our highest purpose.
