Zelensky accused Russia of wanting to destroy and wipe his country off the face of the earth.

"Across Ukraine, the air raid sirens are not abating. The rockets continue to hit," Zelensky said in his statement, referring to the missile attacks that have rained down on various parts of Ukraine since explosions rocked the Crimea bridge, which Moscow says was masterminded by Kiev.
