Hi. This is my fitness channel.
I have several channels for different things. This is Alesha, some people know me as Silky Slick.
I was 1st place in Ms. Health & Fitness 2022 for a bit (I ended up finishing 10th, but for me to place 1st was wild). For years, people have been asking me about my fitness regime. Now here's the channel for everything fitness.

I'm a hermit (I love my solitude). A heifer (a person who doesn't want kids & is living childfree-the term relates to me), & IM ALWAYS HUNGRY (check out my main channels and my foodie channel for details)

P.S. Heifer isn't a bad word lmfao. According to Google, a heifer a young female cow that has not borne a calf.
Since the shoe(s) fit, I wear it. Here's to normalizing "heifer."
