Chairman PTI & X PM Mr Imran khan sustained several bullet injuries in an assassination attempt

On behalf of multiple medical organisation and overseas Pakistanis we have deep concerned regards political turmoil once again in Pakistan . Chairman of the PTI and X PM Mr Imran khan sustained several bullet injuries on his legs when more than one gunmen opened fire on the container-mounted-truck carrying him during his peaceful protest rally in Pakistan’s Punjab province .He has been shifted to his own Shaukat khan hospital lahore for security reasons and is out of danger. Unfortunately One person is dead and 9 other leaders accompanying Imran khan are seriously injured during the gunmen attack.
Imran khan started biggest and decisive freedom movement for restoration of democracy in Pakistan. Khan had said that he was marching peacefully to press the government to announce free and independent elections immediately to restore democracy within the country.
But I fear cowardly attack on chairman of biggest political party will dangerously escalate the already explosive confrontation in Pakistan with the opponents ,current government and the military establishment who are alleged to topple his smoothly running government a few months ago resulting atrocities.
It is likely that more violence may follow, which might prompt the military — which may step in. The generals may choose to exercise a range of options from martial law to an outright takeover as has been happening in the past many decades.
Military has been string pullers and policy makers of the nation and the country unconditionally since the history of Pakistan , the military & civil Establishment would be held responsible for the lawlessness , violence and injustice within the country.
I am deeply sorry for the murder of an innocent person who died & 9 other leaders injuries during cowardly gunmen attack on Imran khan .This incidence is strongly condemned by all groups of public , overseas Pakistanis and the democratic world and is deeply criticised by the world leaders against the violence , lawlessness , crime & dangerous threat and loss of fundamental rights and freedom & civil liberties of the public .
