120kg Machine Press

DeLoad week begins. Nothing more than I can rep for 4 this week. Final week of preparation for East vs West 5 and @zurab_tavberidze is on.

120kg, 80kg, 100kg

Reflecting on this session, I leave the gym with a low heart rate and barely sweat on my forehead, which, I am happy with. I do also realise that I need to improve my discipline on form and depth for my movements.

On the machine press I saw my right shoulder protract as the load gets difficult and on the Incline Bench my depth with 100kg doesn't match my depth at 80kg. Things I will fix.
