Air Vinyasa Flow 🌬️| Find space in your body & freedom in your breath

This vinyasa practice uses the element of air as inspiration to find space in the body and freedom in the breath. Starting with a cleansing and calming breathwork, we then move into a smooth sequence that focuses on opening up through the heart space. This is not a beginner flow and requires a baseline knowledge of the different yoga postures.

Remember to listen to the wisdom of your body and never do anything that causes pain or uncertain discomfort.
