Autopsy showed Zachery had LVH ― Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, which is an enlarged wall of the heart muscle around the left ventricle.

Zachery had a wellness check 3 months before his sudden death. At that time, his heart was fine according to his doctor.

He suddenly started feeling ill on January 7th, 2022, and needed urgent care two days later. On the way there, he suddenly died.

What could have caused such a fast deterioration in his heart and health during those three months?

After Zachery's death, his family members also had their hearts checked out.

It was found out that James had high lipid levels (which can be caused by consumption of processed food and drinks, rich in sugar and refined fats). James was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition similar to LVH.

Note that diseases which occur in families could be due to genetics, but could also be due to many other causes the family has in common. After all, families tend to eat the same food, live in the same environment (e.g. toxic mold, RoundUp, etc.), tend to get similar medical interventions (e.g. COVID injections), live similar lifestyles, etc.
