Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, disclosed that 318,000 people had been enlisted to serve in the reserve army. The 318,000 reserve soldiers are the outcome of a recent partial military mobilization, according to the leader of the Kremlin. On Friday, the commemoration of Unity Day, Putin addressed a gathering of volunteers in Moscow and noted that more people than the targeted 300,000 volunteered for military service.
