Baby Chicks are a little over a month old

Chicks we bred from our Barred Rock hens and Pip (rooster we bred last year from our Cinnamon Queen rooster & our Starlight Green Egger hens) We ended up with 9 total. 7 have barred rock patterning while the other 2 are black with reddish ring around their necks.
