How to use time blocking to exercise, even if you have no free time

The biggest enemy of productivity is perfectionism, because perfectionism is really just a form of procrastination. You tell yourself that once you get everything perfect, then you’ll start doing the thing you know you really need to be doing, like exercise. But nothing is ever perfect, so you never get around to getting things done.
Force yourself to get things done by using time blocking. Block off certain periods of time to get work done. Then don’t fall into the trap of waiting for the perfect time to do the activity.
