Halloween is one of the most popular celebrations in Shibuya, Japan - it's the perfect place to celebrate!
It's a CRAZY and INSANE place to be. The Tokyo street nightlife is so alive. An experience on almost any night but Halloween is quite special. I was wearing a mask as well as a balaclava so my audio is a bit low. Sorry about that. The complete unedited live stream is after the intro.
