Aged 60 from KINGS LYNN
Ex-Councillor Reddington was communicating with
what he believed to be a 13 year old child. This included graphic sexual communication.
The Ex-Councillor sent the child explicit images and
videos of himself and wanted her to watch adult
material on the internet.
