Eyewitnesses also report that a brawl broke out in the institution, as a result of which one of the guests fired a rocket launcher. Immediately a fire broke out and a stampede began.

There is information that out of seven emergency exits, only three worked. The rest had to be torn down. According to our data, the last fire inspection in the nightclub was carried out in 2019, when no violations were found.

The death toll is constantly growing. According to news agencies, four remain in a coma. In total, more than 60 people turned to doctors. Dozens of emergency workers are still working at the scene of the fire.

At 2:37 a.m., firefighters learned about the fire, the first crews arrived at the blazing cafe in less than 5 minutes.

"At 2.40, the first units arrived at the scene of the fire. They immediately began to evacuate and rescue people from the burning building," the fireman said.

The evacuation was complicated by the fact that some fire exits were locked. According to eyewitnesses, only three of the seven doors worked. Both firefighters and cafe visitors had to break them out. Andrei Kuzmin at a critical moment was able to knock out one of the doors and rescue dozens of people from the fire.

It also became known that before the tragedy in the cafe there was a conflict. One of the visitors fired pyrotechnics at his opponent and fled the scene. As a result, a fire started.
