The Facts Inside Our Reporter’s Notebook President Joe Biden on Wednesday released his long overdue National Security Strategy that attempt to address strengthen U.S. interests and address the global power of China and Russia.
"We will effectively compete with the People’s Republic of China, which is the only competitor with both the intent and, increasingly, the capability to reshape the international order, while constraining a dangerous Russia," the White House said in an announcement about the strategy.
The administration had a strategy plan drafted in January but paused its release when Russia the next month invaded Ukraine, Defense News reported....
