This video is created by Karen Cole to give you information on a recent criminal court case Wi v Darrell Brooks Jr who is Accused, of committing the WAUKESHA CHRISTMAS PARADE ATTACK. Driving his Red SUV down mainstreet even though it was blocked and the road was closed, due to the high speed and failing to stop after police shot at his vehicle, he ran over and plowed down the parade participents and crowds enjoying the parade. The Defendant Darrell Brooks Jr decided to release his representation and act as his own attorney. His behaviour in court was a perfect example of what NOT To do in court.

According to Fox 6 Now

In late August, Waukesha County Judge Jennifer Dorow sided with the defense and struck Counts 78-83 (six counts of homicide by vehicle, use of a controlled substance). The judge ruled there cannot be multiple punishments for the same crime.

On Sept. 30, Count 77, misdemeanor battery/domestic abuse, was dismissed by prosecutors.

Correction:
I say 77 in my video it is
Total charges 76.

Note: On 30 September 2021 Brooks found guilty of killing 6 people and injured many others. The charge of misdemeanor battery/domestic abuse was dismissed by prosecutors.

The Milwaukee Journal has the breakdown of charges totalling 76.
1 charge that would make the 77th, was dropped.

The charges he was found guilty on
Were: 6 counts of first degree intentional homicide, 61 counts of reckless endangering safety with use of a dangerous weapon.

I play a short clip of the trial and compare it to what would likely happen in England and Wales.
