My reply was regarding the question on a private firms or firms running the NHS

(1) the NHS is not free, you pay for it. (2) my reply was to a question that was about having a private firm run part or all of the NHS. I presume they meant it would be wrong to have the NHS free to use but still have a private firm running it.
