1 Green onion chopped and ginger sliced and set aside.
2 Rinse and drain chicken and set aside.
3 Put the green onion and ginger slices into the chicken.
4 Place in a steamer over high heat and steam for 20 minutes.
5 Remove cooked chicken and let cool slightly.
6 Separate the chicken bones by hand, then tear the chicken into filaments, which can be slightly thicker and about 5 cm long.
7 Set aside salt, chicken essence, sand ginger powder, sesame oil, coriander and cooked sesame seeds
