Lisbon Airport Baggage Chaos

Arriving from Porto, our luggage was delivered on the same belt of a flight from Rio. Interestingly, the passengers from the Rio flight didn't show up to collect their luggage. The belt became overcrowded and luggage blocked the whole carrousel. Some luggage was damaged. Passengers had to handle the chaos because staff didn't really care.
