What a week?!?!?! Let's talk about some stuff!

On the docket:

Depp v. Heard Appeal - Johnny Depp filed his Opening Brief and Amber Heard has requested extended time to file her brief and additional pages to make her argument.

Tom Girardi - with 205 complaints over a 40-year career, the California State Bar acknowledges that it "could have done more to protect the public." Case update and "wow - how'd you miss this?!?!"

Cornhole Cheating Scandal - first there was chess, then bass fishing, then poker, and NOW (I kid you not) cornhole. What's next?!?!?

We've also got Twitter being sued in advance of anticipated layoffs, Netflix being sued on allegations that it's documentary Orgasm, Inc. depicts people in certain acts without their consent, and I'm sure a lot more.
