Serves 6-8. Oven middle at 170 degrees,8-10 minutes.

Cake slices: (7 cakes in total, so multiply the ingredients by 7) 1 egg, 30g light gluten flour, 20g sugar, 8g unflavored salad oil or unsalted butter.

Rainbow Cake (8 pieces)

1. Beat eggs and powdered sugar with insulated water on high speed with a whisk for 15 minutes, until lines form and do not disappear.

2. When the eggs are finished, add one of the fruity food colouring, stirring and adding until the colour is just right.

3. Sift the flour and add it to the egg batter.

4. Finally, add salad oil or butter and toss until the batter is complete.

5. Butter the inside of the moulds for easy unmolding after baking, then pour into the cake batter, and squeeze the big bubbles.

6. Preheat oven at 170 ° C for 10 minutes. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, keeping an eye on it until the skewer is inserted and pulled out. Because the cake slices are so thin, they burn easily and must be watched carefully.

PS: These steps were repeated 7 times because there were not enough bowls and molds.

7. Cool the set white chocolate and gently scrape with a spoon to make chocolate chips.

8. Use a whisk to whip the cream on high speed until it's ready for decorating and layer on top of the cake.
