Remnant From the Ashes(part 4) Crossing Streams, and Blasting Beams

We pressed onward in this cruel wasteland. using our recently acquired beam weapons to vaporize those who step forth and oppose. During our exploration we found a giant stone statue who barred our way with gravity and radiation. After his demise we retrieved the key which would later be used to gain an audience with an the Undying King. Choosing to keep his majesty on hold we continue our exploration discovering dead and decaying structures. We came across a man in den of dogs. Who seemed strange, and we paid a price for our bold actions. After dispatching the dogs and looting we forged ahead. Meeting another strange man who seemed to sell goods. For being blind he seems to have acquired many secrets. After business was done we interacted with a forgotten construct with a control rod looted from the man with the hounds. Upon awaking it greeted us with sword in hand. Which caused its downfall. We Returned to the Ward with our spoils in hand, with the next stop being a king locked in a tower. The King offered a trade bring me a heart and I'll give you what you need. Then sent us to a corrupted jungle.......
