Families outraged and confused after items removed from gravesites in Kenosha

At St. George Cemetery in Kenosha, gravesites now sit bare and mementos and flowers are piled up in and beside dumpsters. Among the debris are pulled-up perennial flowers, photos, teddy bears, broken angel statues, and crosses. Families who have loved ones buried at the cemetery said they're outraged and heartbroken.
