Exploring the ancient Greco-Roman city of Perge/Perga in the Turkish Riviera on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. Perge dates back to 1209 B.C. and was conquered by Alexander the Great in 333 B.C. The ancient ruins include fully intact streets, fountains, a basilica, a hippodrome, an amphitheater, bathhouses, an agora, and an acropolis.
