Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups

* 8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
* 6 Barilla Lasagna Noodles
* Wing-Time Mild Buffalo Sauce
* 2 oz (56g) @traderjoes Lite Shredded Mozzarella
* Classico Four Cheese Alfredo
* 1 oz Baby Spinach

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay out flat.
2. Cook chicken in instant pot on Meat setting.
3. In a mixing bowl, shred chicken with forks and add wing sauce, cheese and spinach. Stir to combine.
4. Spread mix evenly on lasagna noodles and roll up tightly. Place upright in baking dish.
5. Pour alfredo sauce over rolls.
6. Bake in oven @ 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
