In another another sign of Vladimir Putin's declining health, he made a stiff appearance on Friday when laying flowers to mark a national holiday.
The Russian president was observed uneasily exiting his armored vehicle in Red Square, flanked by nervous security personnel.
As he approached the monument, he appeared to stagger, and he felt nervous as he knelt down to plant the bouquet to honor Unity Day, a national holiday commemorating Russia's rejection of invading forces in the early 1600s.
