Uganda official says the Ebola outbreak is under control

The world health organization is warning Uganda’s neighbors to prepare as the country’s Ebola outbreak spreads into the capital of Kampala. CNN’s Isa Soares talks to the Ugandan Minister of Information, Communications Technology and National Guidance Chris Baryomunsi about the outbreak.
