Mario Clarke 26, of LaGrange Georgia, started a shootout with his father on April 18, 2021 after his father told him that he didn't want Mario to bring a gun into his house.

His father called 911 and the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office dispatched deputies to the scene. Mario fled when they arrived and ended up being shot after a high-speed pursuit that ended with Mario fleeing to a recreation center where he shot at police who returned fire.
