After playing Harbor for some time I can definitely say he is a lot of fun. I think he could be a good controller on some maps but most maps he probably will need some back up with either another controller or two sentinels. What do you think about harbor in valorant? Does Harbor need some buffs? Nerfs? Or is he perfectly balanced as is?
