U.N. inspectors found no evidence for Russia’s claim that Ukraine is readying a ‘dirty bomb.’ The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said in a statement on Thursday, that it had inspected three Ukrainian facilities and didn't find any evidence of illegal nuclear activity or materials. These findings contradict claims made by Russian President Vladimir Putin and his senior military leaders stating that Ukraine was planning to use one.
