Doing nothing is never as relaxing as it sounds 😬 Whenever I've spent extended periods of time doing nothing (hours, days, weeks) - those are the times I felt my worst.

I try to be more aware of this when I'm doing stuff I don't necessarily enjoy to remember it truly is better than nothing.
