Markets loved the statement which suggested that future rate hikes would not be 75 basis points.
Risk assets have performed poorly now and historically when interest rates rise.
Watch the balance sheet of the Fed and other central banks very carefully to determine the direction of the stock market.
Central banks devalued their currencies by endlessly running their printing presses.
Today, we see that the reversal of this trend has immediately devastating results.
There must be failures of bad companies or the Economic Detox will not happen.
Be mindful of your exposure to risk assets as they will likely be turbulent in the weeks ahead.
