Roof Inspection on a 2009 Allegro Bus: What Did I Find?

I had a viewer reach out to me awhile back asking for a Pre-sale inspection. Unfortunately, life threw us all curveballs, and everything went sideways. As I could not arrange my schedule to inspect before the sale, they risked everything and bought it first. So today, I am able to finally do the inspection and because I happened to be at Cassone's RV just adjacent to Mesa Spirit RV Resort, I was able to do the roof inspection quickly and figured we could all use a quick roof inspection video.
