Mind shift to business owner

What advice do you have to help a freelancer make that mind shift? I think the first thing to do and there's a lot of heart work that goes into it.

I’m going to tell you,
it took me a good 8 years to shift my mindset. I've been doing this for over a decade, but it took a long time to kind of shift. I have the business and I have the brand, but I was like, oh, I got to get that job. I got to get on that platform.
Will they like me? I think the difference is you start by building your brand.
You figure out who you are, you figure out what you're selling, and you figure out who you want to sell that to. Right? And so, I mean, that's any business,
any online business, any course creator, you got to know your audience,
but you also have to know who you are. Because if you don't show up as you,
you're going to either disappoint people or be miserable. In the end result.
And so that would be what I would say. Figure out what you want to do and who you are in your brand. That will help you be the best freelancer you can.
