California State Wide and Kern County Local Ballot Propositions VOTE NO, mostly

Ballot propositions are always written in a way to support the initiative. Everything looks good and rosey. Please do your own research, but based on mine. I recommend voting "NO" as a general rule on propositions as they nearly always involve more government mandates, regulations, and taxes. The one exception, I plan on voting "yes" for is Kern County Board of Supervisor term limits. Seems like our supervisors have turned their jobs into a career and I see nothing changing with the current crop. Let me know if I'm wrong on any of these.
