Break the Chain of Worrying | Motivation for Successful Living

Have you ever wondered why you get great solutions to persistent and worrying problems in the shower. Or perhaps they come when you are playing music, or engaged in some creative and artistic endeavour.

These solutions usual come after times of persistent thinking, analysing, and going over and over a challenging problem. Or it could be when you are facing an overwhelming obstacle at home or at work.

But, the solution only comes when you have walked away, shifted your attention, and severed your conscious thoughts from the problem. For to find a solution you need to disrupt your present thought patterns and mental focus.

You need to “let go” to release, to break the chain of worrying thoughts. For it is this act that allows your mind space to roam around and find the answer.

So next time you feel the stress of a debilitating problem, learn to stop thinking about it and step away. Go to the gym, go meditate, play music or go for a walk. Let your mind be free and the answers will come.
