No NEWS for Spain and Portugal breaking EU ranks to slash energy bills by 40%!!!

Spain and Portugal have broken ranks with the EU to allow themselves the space to slash their energy bills by 40 per cent. The move is being allowed because both southern European countries have a large amount of renewable energy and aren't as reliant on fossil fuels as the rest of the Continent.
