Smoked Burgers on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 Elite

3/4-1 Pound of Ground Beef
Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Split the ground beef and make 2 super larger burgers.
Add Lawry's Seasoned Salt to the entire burgers and put in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Turn the Pit Boss on and let it get fully started up.

Ensure Temperature is set to "S" and change the "P" Setting to 5 and press the Smoked Mode button to add even more smoke taste.

Grill evened out between 175-180 Degrees, put on the burgers and let them smoke for 1 Hours.

Cranked up the temperature to 250 degrees to finish off the cook.

Let the burgers keep cooking and flip the burgers over about every 5-10 minutes until you have an internal meat temperature of 165 degrees.

Let the rest covered in foil for about 10 minutes and then put your burger all together and enjoy one awesome smoked burger.
