A new and enhanced tool to help out those who have been scammed has been unveiled. The Better Business Bureau of Southern Alberta and East Kootenay announced the launch of the enhanced Scam Tracker that will help people learn about scams, report them and learn how to not fall victim to fraudsters. Officials from the BBB estimate that Scam Tracker has saved North American consumers more than $31 million in 2021 alone.

Scam Tracker was originally launched by the BBB in 2015 and consumers now have the option to easily report scams through a desktop or phone.
