Generally speaking, plants will thrive with a pH level of 5.5 to 6.5. Anything below that 5.5 means it is acidic, while anything above is alkaline. If the pH of the water that you are using is off somewhere, there are ways to fix the problem so that your plants can grow at an improved rate.
