A severe weather outbreak is expected in Texas on Friday that could bring the potential for significant damaging wind gusts and a few isolated tornadoes. Despite the low-pressure system tracking northeast into our area, severe weather will not occur here, but non-thunderstorm wind gusts could blow around some loose objects outdoors. Looking at the long-range models, lake effect snow shows up prior to Thanksgiving, though that is subject to change with new data.
