Mayor Nerring references Governor Jay Inslee several times. I wonder if those communications are time stamped some where. Where the emails saved. He mentions that school superintendant was in Olympia asking the Governor for money for mental health. And at the same time a person with a serious mental condition shoots his family and friends at his school. What a coincidence.
