The Republican National Committee announced a major legal victory in Pennsylvania ahead of the midterm elections. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court banned the counting of mail-in ballots that have a wrong date on the outer envelope or no date at all. The court also said the state must keep those ballots after the election for further examination. Deputy Director of investigations for America First Legal, John Zadrozny joins OAN to discuss.
