Leslie Moonves and CBS agree to pay $30M in settlement with NY AG over sexual misconduct allegations

Leslie Moonves and the CBS broadcasting company will pay 30 million dollars as part of a sexual misconduct investigation. The AG's office says CBS and its senior leadership knew about multiple allegations made against Moonves and intentionally concealed them. As part of the agreement, CBS will pay 22 million dollars to shareholders, and six million dollars to strengthen the reporting and investigating of sexual harassment and assault complaints.
