Enjoy this #shorts Rose Care Tips #2 video featuring my David Austin Roses that I cut from my garden and displayed in my kitchen~ Save and dry the falling rose petals and use them to make fragrant rose potpourri!

I use a small baking cooling rack and place it underneath the cut rose vase to catch the petals as they fall. It looks pretty too! By the time my English roses have dropped all their petals, I have a nice supply of dried rose petals for potpourri, for dried flower art, or my own supply of rose petals to make flower confetti! It's a small tip but you'd be surprised how many people don't think of saving their dried rose petals for DIY floral crafting projects!

There are so many ways to enjoy roses from your garden and it begins with treating yourself by taking cut roses and putting them in a vase. Display them where you can see them and enjoy the fragrance and colors up close and personal!

Fresh cut flowers are an affordable luxury that extends beyond the freshness date. Dried rose petals have a beauty of their own! Enjoy your roses in every phase of their life! I'll show you how.
