So I downloaded The file above to desktop.Made a sprite image with files provided and just placed the file in the RTSS folder as in video.
(C:\Program Files (x86)\RivaTuner Statistics Server\Plugins\Client\Overlays)

Your only limit is imagination and with items always change with updates but for now these work with MSI Afterburner,HWinfo64,Internal Hal.dll,AIDa64,Windows Performance Counter.

There are tag or commands you can use for just about everything on PC and they may change with different builds.
