What do U.S. higher education fees have in common with housing pricing in The Netherlands? Both are based on projected household incomes. In other words, you pay the price of whatever loan you are expected to be able to pay back. And as incomes start to drop in a slumping economy, the West is a Ponzi scheme waiting to blow up.
