THE BAD LUCK BANDIT & THE SHRIMP EXPRESS - Cornelius Larry Chase was caught red-handed robbing a convenience store and locking two clerks in a walk-in refrigerator. Timothy Ridgell was operating his big rig full of shrimp in a reckless manner and was found to have drugs in his truck cab. Maryland Trooper Craig Tyer was the arresting officer in both of these crime stories in Maryland.
