Attorney Harmeet Dhillon finds it fascinating that election counting has taken longer and longer despite the advancement of technology. Dhillon sees a dangerous trend emerging of state's taking up to a few months before they can certify an election. Pennsylvania is the latest state trying to give some leniency to the most important process in the country.
