Meditate…Letting go of lack and Moving into Abundance.
My name is Kolae Perkins.
We have these empty hands, representing not enough.We want to live in a place where we have the self-reliance and ability to take care of ourselves. When I feel like I'm lacking something and I can not figure out a way to get it. It helps me to be grateful for all I do, instead of feeling like I'm always going without. I can just change the way I look at lack.

Our four bodies affect us in 4 ways.
Physically, when I live in lack, I'm not eating the foods that are good and rich in nutrition, then my body becomes undernourished. When that happens I need more medical help. I don't have enough schooling or enough knowledge to do the job that I want to do. Therefore I become stuck in this place.
My thoughts are, I need to hide, I need to run away.
My emotional body can't think about the future because there's nothing in the future. I don't have enough is only in the moment. I'm constantly looking over my shoulder at the past.
My Spiritual body is disconnected from everyone.

Let's define lack a little bit differently: lack is not having enough. Lack can teach you how to be wise with what you have. It can teach you to reach for more. Lack can help you to be grateful for all you have.

You can't really love yourself when you feel like you're just going without all the time. so we're

3 minute meditation today to help you move into your feeling of abundance.
Gratitude meditation and it's going to be really quiet for 3 minutes, Writing with a pen and paper.
First minute you're going to be working on your own abundance feeling of lack of located in your body.
Second, think about all the gifts that you received, big or small.
Third, the abundance you have given.
