Richard Allen has been arrested and is the suspect in the grisly murders of two Delhi Indiana teens. The case had authorities baffled for nearly 5 years.

Abby Williams and Libby German were on a school break and were dropped of at a nature trail in Delphi Indiana. The two teens encountered a strange man, authorities now say that man Richard Allen, abducted the two teens and murdered them just of one of the trails. The murders have haunted the small community in central Indiana for nearly 5 years.

Richard Allen had been on the State Police radar sometime before the arrest. The probable cause affidavit was sealed, the judge signed off resulting in Allens arrest.
